Bespoke Ceremony & Reception Design
With four reception suites to choose from, we can accommodate a small and intimate gathering as well as a large and lavish party. The rooms provide an elegant and neutral backdrop for you to personalise with traditional or contemporary colour and style, and each one is equipped with a bar and entertainment facilities.
Winter Wedding Packages
Our winter wedding packages include every element needed to create a magical fairytale wedding, from mulled wine on arrival to warm open fires and a seasonal menu. This package is available throughout October to March and includes a full day of celebrations followed by a stay in our exquisite Bridal Suite
Evening & Twilight Weddings
We are delighted to be able to arrange Twilight Weddings at The Rayleigh Club. A magical evening ceremony at 5pm in The Ruby Room can be followed by a romantic candlelit reception. There is access to a private terrace from The Willow Room where you and your guests can enjoy a celebratory drink under the stars.

The Hullbridge House is situated beside the South Golf Course, with each room overlooking the beautiful Essex countryside. We have eight boutique rooms in addition to the Bridal Suite, for you and your wedding guests to retreat to after a day of celebrations. Each overnight stay includes a full breakfast the following morning. For additional guests wishing to avoid travel, we can recommend a handful of highly rated hotels close to our venue.
The Ruby Room
If you’re looking for a tranquil and intimate setting in which to exchange your vows, the Ruby Room is the perfect place. With an abundance of natural light by day and spectacular views of the countryside, this suite presents a calm and serene ambience for small gatherings. The Ruby Room is suitable for up to 120 guests for a seated ceremony and 70 for a sit-down dinner.
The Willow Room
Large double doors in this room lead to an exclusive terrace area looking out to a graceful willow tree beside a small lake. Beyond that, the stunning countryside provides a spectacular backdrop for beautiful photographs. The Willow Room is perfect for intimate receptions and can seat up to 80 guests or accommodate up to 120 for a buffet style dinner.
The Crystal Hall
Our largest reception room offers a warm welcome, and will comfortably accommodate 200 seated guests or 350 standing. Elegant and luxurious decor is complemented by a hardwood dance floor, a discreet stage, lighting and a sound system for perfect entertainment. The Crystal Hall has its own kitchen , dedicated staff and a generous bar to ensure that even the largest party enjoys exceptional service.
The Lounge Bar
At the heart of The Rayleigh Club, The Lounge Bar provides an intimate setting for up to 70 seated guests or 120 for a buffet. French doors allow natural light to flood in, and give access to a spacious terrace with beautiful, parkland views. There is a large bar in The Lounge Bar and this room can be combined with the adjacent Willow Room for additional dining space if required.
